FREE US SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE.
For international orders, we provide Duties Included Shipment, there will be zero fees payable upon delivery by the courier meaning zero surprises for you.
PLEASE NOTE
- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-3 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number, some carriers have a delay in their system.
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be estimated during checkout. We can not be held responsible for any incurred duties or taxes, these differ per country of destination.
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments nor for international shipments.
- International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
- We can only ship to one address per order.

MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES
Your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you didn't receive it? We're happy to help you.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you are either not able to locate the package at your residence or it got stolen. In these cases, please note that BYRK can not be held liable, we rely on your courier for making sure these packages get properly delivered. We can however provide you with tips to locate these shipments:
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
- Contact the carrier that your parcel was shipped with as indicated in the order confirmation and tracking email(s) that you received from us. In the case of USPS, make sure you contact your local post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.
- If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to file a claim. BYRK cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered or stolen from a property, this is the carriers' responsibility.
